OC Great Park
Yesterday we went to the OC Great Park to try and get some wiggles out. The main attraction at the park is a big helium balloon that takes you about 400 feet up to get a nice view of the area. Kira took Lucía one time when she was pregnant with Jonas so this was going to be his first flight outside the womb.

When we got there we found out that due to the high wind advisory, the balloon was grounded. It's weird that there was a wind advisory since the air was so calm that you could barely see the leaves moving in the trees. That meant that this was the only view of the balloon we were able to get.

The other attraction besides the balloon is the carousel. It's "free" but you just have to sign a waiver to ride it. The fact that a waiver is required got my hopes up that it would be more thrilling than a regular carousel but that wasn't the case.

Either Lucía is making the same face as her horse or the horse is making the same face as Lucía.

Jonas knows that having fun is serious business. You can tell by looking at his face.

Lucía found a cave at the playground which she liked.

Not to be out done by her baby brother, Lucía got up there for a picture too.

It was a pretty fun trip but we'll have to make another visit when there's less wind, or at least no wind advisory.
